The restaurant at Hotel Posada Cortegana will attend your necessities whether you are staying or coming from outside. There is a capacity for 110 people and a smoke free are at this nice establishment. Enjoy its terrace at summer time and visit this privileged environment at the heart of “La Sierra”.

Concha Vázquez, its director, is not only dedicated heart and soul to the hotel but she is involved in the day-to-day running of the restaurant. She adores good food and is the one who sets the ever-changing menu depending on the season’s raw materials and incorporating new concepts. As she says, “Our restaurant is based on creativity, a splash of genius and constant updates”.

Its most characteristic dishes are based on the delicious Iberian pork products such as tenderloin, spicy sausage and the renowned cured ham. You can also order any fine beef steaks, leg of lamb and lamb cutlets, other seasonal meats such as venison, quail, ostrich, rabbit and, of course, our speciality, oven-cooked suckling pig.
If you prefer fish, the “Cheff” can offer you many options, as bass, salmon, cod, hake, cuttlefish, tiger prawns and other seasonal fish such as corvine, tuna fish, monk fish or pink fish.
This varied menu also includes a variety of cold meats, cheese, salads, vegetables, rice dishes and local scrambled egg dishes. We have several vegetarian and low cholesterol dishes.
To finish up, you can’t leave without trying its reputed homemade desserts and cakes. Great selection of red, local white rosé and sparkling wines from different denominations of origin – young, “crianza” or “reserve”.
